Gorillas can't frown — they lack the facial muscles humans use for it. But they still experience the same emotions. They just can't express them that way.
It's a reminder not to judge others by our own capabilities, or assume that people who can't express things the way we do don't feel them just as deeply.
Who we are
Frowning Gorilla Ltd is a small independent development studio based in the UK. We build apps and games for Mac, iOS, Android and Windows — things we actually want to use, that we think other people might find useful too.
We care about the details: honest pricing with no subscriptions or dark patterns, proper accessibility support, and localisation that opens our apps to people who'd otherwise have to make do with English.
Eve Countdown is our first Mac app. More are on the way.
